Below you will find the average delivery time for all our parcels.

Once an order has been placed, it takes 1–3 working days to process the order. During the week, this usually takes one working day, but if you place an order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched, and delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days.

We use PostNord and DHL as our main carriers. Orders are shipped with standard delivery and are delivered either to your door or to the nearest collection point, depending on your address.

Placing an order

The ordering process at Anne & Viktor Stockholm is as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add the product you want to your basket. To do this, click the Add to Basket button. Here, it is important to check that you have selected the correct variants. If everything is correct, click the Proceed to Checkout button.

On the information page, you must enter the correct address details. Make sure all information is accurate. Once this information has been filled in correctly, you can click the Continue to Delivery button.

On the Delivery page, you have the opportunity to review the address details you have entered. It is also stated that every order is shipped completely free of charge. As a sign of our appreciation, we always cover the cost of shipping and delivery. You can now continue by clicking the Proceed to Payment button.

In the payment options, you can choose between different payment methods. At Anne & Viktor Stockholm, all payment options are SSL encrypted, which means you can always trust a secure payment environment.
